Vintage 1950s wood and metal desk with 3-drawer pedestal

Elegant small vintage desk from the 1950s, in light wood and tubular metal frame, typical of post-war French furniture.

Its design combines a sober and functional line with pretty details characteristic of fifties design: rectangular top with compact proportions, light metal base, side cabinet with three drawers and rounded upper front. The wooden handles add a warm and authentic touch.

Practical and decorative, this desk will easily find its place in a bedroom, a work corner, a workshop, an entrance or a vintage interior. Its compact format allows it to be used as an auxiliary desk, a child's desk, a teleworking desk or a storage console.

Beautiful piece in its original condition, with a real patina of use: traces on the top, marks, scuffs, small stains and natural oxidation of the metal base. These marks are part of the charm and authenticity of the piece.
