These terms govern access to and use of the Tygani website, operated by Jade Fiegel, a French micro-enterprise registered under SIRET number 984 768 655 00016.

1. Purpose of the website

Tygani offers furniture, decorative objects, artworks, collectables and vintage or second-hand items for sale. As each item is selected individually, it is generally available as a single piece.

2. Use of the website

You agree to use the website lawfully and not to disrupt its operation, attempt to access protected areas or use its content for fraudulent purposes.

3. Product information

We describe items as accurately as possible. Antique or second-hand objects may show signs of use, variations, restorations or irregularities stated on their product page and visible in the photographs. Colours may vary slightly between screens.

4. Orders and payment

Orders, prices, payments, delivery, collection, withdrawal and refunds are governed by the Terms and Conditions of Sale and the policies available in the website footer. An order becomes final only after payment has been approved and confirmation issued by Tygani.

5. Availability

Because most pieces are unique, an item may become unavailable. If an item is exceptionally unavailable after an order has been placed, the customer will be informed and refunded as soon as possible.

6. Intellectual property

The text, photographs, graphic elements, logos and content of the Tygani website are protected. Reproduction or use without prior written permission is prohibited, except for private use permitted by law.

7. Third-party services

The website may use third-party services for payments, delivery, audience measurement or catalogue distribution. Use of those services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

8. Liability

Tygani takes reasonable measures to ensure the availability and security of the website but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation. Tygani shall not be liable for indirect loss or damage resulting from use contrary to these terms.
