Right of withdrawal

Under the French Consumer Code, consumers have 14 days from the date on which they take possession of the goods to notify us of their decision to withdraw, without having to give a reason.

Exercise your right of withdrawal online: sign in to your customer account to submit a return or cancellation request free of charge and receive confirmation.

You may also email contact@tygani.fr, stating your order number and the items concerned. Tygani will then provide the return arrangements appropriate to the item, whether by carrier or by handover at an agreed appointment.

Returning items

After notifying us of the withdrawal, the customer has 14 days to return the goods. The goods must be suitably protected until they are handed over. The customer is responsible for any reduction in value resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and proper functioning of the goods.

The direct costs and organisation of the return are the customer’s responsibility. These costs may be significant for furniture and bulky items.

Antique, vintage and second-hand items

Signs of use, irregularities and restorations described on the product page and visible in the photographs form part of the item’s stated condition. They do not, in themselves, constitute a lack of conformity. All applicable statutory guarantees remain in full effect.

Refunds

For a valid withdrawal, Tygani will refund the sums due no later than 14 days after being informed of the decision. The refund may be deferred until the goods have been recovered or until proof of their return has been provided, whichever occurs first.

The refund will be made using the same payment method as the original transaction, unless another method is expressly agreed without additional cost.

Incorrect or non-compliant item

If there is a problem, please contact contact@tygani.fr as soon as possible, including the order number, a precise description and photographs. Where the lack of conformity or error is attributable to Tygani, a remedy in accordance with the statutory guarantees will be offered.

Cancellation before dispatch or collection

An order may be cancelled free of charge provided that it has not yet been dispatched or collected. Please contact Tygani as soon as possible at contact@tygani.fr or use the online request link above.
