About this piece
Pair of gold-tone metal candlesticks depicting fantastic creatures with outstretched wings, clawed feet, and curled tails. Each figure supports a candle holder on a curved arm, accompanied by a foliage-decorated dish.
The relief work highlights the feathers, scales, and plant ornaments. Presented face to face, these two candlesticks form a decorative set for a mantelpiece, console, or table.
Condition
Appears to be in good overall condition, with patina and small marks of time in the crevices. No major damage visible in the photos. Sold as a pair, without candles.
